At three months of life

you’d think there is not

much to speak of

but when I look into

her baby blues

she tells me it’s true

There is hope!

 

Her curiosity inspires me

to sing again and be happy

just because there is so much more to see

 

At three months of life

you’d think there is not

much to speak of

but you would have to

watch her pay attention

to the reality that surrounds her

no fear

just wonder

and then

she smiles so dear

 

Today my beautiful granddaughter

is three months young

and I have to tell you

I have never ever had so much fun.
