Not fancy at all

no stars or Yelp reviews to talk about

only the neighbors on 18th Street

will sing and shout

they know the feasts that happen there

the cook and his wife really do care

the aromas entice

and hipnotize

Calories are never counted

until you realize

your mid section has grown a little bit more.

So if you want the best roast pork ever

smothered in gravy to die for

stop by early

cause food runs out quick.

To miss out on the daily special

will truly make you sick.

serves food made in heaven
