2012 in review

Happy New Year to all WordPress Bloggers. I want to thank all my followers and I hope to continue to attract your attention to my poems and photographs. I have enjoyed my experience with WordPress and look forward to the New Year. I want to send a shout out to my family and wish them all a very Happy New Year! Overall I hope that Peace reigns during 2013. We had many instances to be sad and overwhelmed during 2012. But we also came together and helped others cope with grief and devastation. We can only hope and pray that we can continue to help those affected to heal. I support movements like the 26 Random Acts of Kindness. This is something I will urge my followers to move forward. I plan to include more audios and videos. I will appreciate your continued support and feedback.  Once again please have a very Happy and Healthy New Year.                                                                                      – Melba Christie

“The unreal is more powerful than the real, because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it. because it’s only intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. stone crumbles. wood rots. people, well, they die. but things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on.”

Please check out my Annual Report issued from WordPress.com.

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 4,700 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 8 years to get that many views.
